custom roof rack Hey guys just finished my custom roof rack today! Built completely from scratch. Check her out!

finished product Hey guys so I finished my rack today, here are some pictures. The urethane is still curing so wont be able to mount it until tomorrow. I think it turned out badass though. Not sure why some of the pictures are uploading upside down, sorry.

Haven't weighed it exactly but it's about 60-80 lbs

uh im not 100%, but the .095 is really strong so depending on how you place and weld your cross members anywhere from 200-300lbs would be my guess.

1 inch mechanical weld steel tubing, .095 thickness!
