urban runner? what would be required to fit this to the urban runner with the tom-tom?

t4rva I am looking at doing the exact same lift, Cornfed 3/2 with spider trax and 275/65/18's I see 2 different tire sizes here though, 275/65's and 275/70's which ones are on it right now and what were the rubbing issues and solutions?
