I'm finally going to get CC installed now... just wondering: with no power, should you be able to move the CC actuator cable? Or is there a brake? Just wondering if my unit is seized or if it's actually fine...

I'm wanting to do this install in my '97 1KZTE Surf. A few questions:
How did you do the combination meter connections?
Do all the clocksprings have the wires for cruise control, or do I need to pick up the clockspring from the donor vehicle as well?
