Mine did this exact same thing a few hours ago - all 3 lights at once. 2002 SR5 w/ 144k miles. I've owned it 2 months. I guess I'll go to an auto parts store and get it scanned like was suggested.

Thanks for posting this. I have started ordering parts for the Tundra Brake upgrade (because I can't stand the shake either) but have never messed w/ brakes before and was trying to decide whether to do it myself or take all the parts to a mechanic. Glad to hear another first timer's experience.
