I think in your case, if you didn't have all that camping gear you would have had an easier time. Ground clearance is key on trails like these, having IFS doesn't help with ground clearance issues either. A good lift, solid axles, 33's and no locker would do fine IMO

I'd say 33's and at least 1 locker will do

What tools you guys need? I've never worked on a 3rd gen yota but have done many lifts - Chevys Fords Jeeps Dodges, 1st & 2nd gen toys...I might be able to lend a hand if work slows down a bit
