Got some old Sequoia wheels, should I do anything to them?

I bought a set of those and painted them with duplicolor wheel paint. They turned out pretty nice. I sold them so I'm not sure how well the paint stands the test of the time. The 2 in your picture look pretty good. Personally I would just run them as is. I would think the factory finish would be...

    3rd Gen T4R Picture Gallery

Bilstein 6112 and 5160 Finally got my lift installed. I went with Bilstein 6112 in the front and 5160 in the rear with OME 2906 springs. So far I'm liking it. I have not been able to do any real off roading yet but the ride and look are improvements.

    Need advice on possible purchase

Nice find. congrats on the runner. Now you just need to do some serious rust prevention. My brother lived in Downers Grove for a few years and fighting rust was a real battle.

    Bilstein 6112 & OME906/Bilstein 5100

Hey I installed OME 2906 rear springs with Bilstein 5160s in the rear. It gave me 2"s of lift but settled about 1/4" after 2 days. Then I installed Bilstein 6112's in the front with the 600lb springs. I wanted about 2" of lift so according to their chart I use the 8th circlip setting for the...

    Joelzy's 96 5SPD(daily) & 5VZ block-up rebuild

As I was leaving smith's last night walking back to my T4R I noticed a 3rd gen parked next to me. As I get closer I realize it's yours and I was standing there checking it out then I noticed your girl in the passenger seat. Hopefully she didnt think I was creeping. LOL Nice looking rig man!

    Bad luck just keeps happening

This sucks man. I'd probably rent the Uhaul truck and tow it. You can deal with it later. It would suck to break down in the middle of nowhere.

    Crush washers

You aren't suppose to reuse crush washers because they act like a gasket when tightened down and will typically leak if you do. I tried once on my power steering banjo fitting and had a small drip so I got new ones and it solved the problem.

    Name this stock rim please?

I have those same wheels so I did the 199mm caliper and its still a major improvement compared to our stock brakes.

    Clarify Tundra caliper question.

I did mine last weekend but after reading this I feel like I should go bleed my brakes again. I only noticed bubbles when I got to my last wheel(driver side front). Brakes seem to be working good and pedal feels solid though. I think I only went through about 16 ounces of fluid.

    Power Steering Rack Lines

I thought those were the lines we were talking about too. My bad!

    Power Steering Rack Lines

If you can get them for $50 I'd like to know where. When I priced the high pressure line it was more like $330. So I went with an aftermarket (Sunsong) line. It was well built and the bends all matched perfectly. I did put a coat of silver rust oleum on it to help with rust.

    Joelzy's 96 5SPD(daily) & 5VZ block-up rebuild

Stumbled upon your build this morning and its been fun to see your progress. It looks amazing and congrats for sticking it out. I live in Layton too. I'd love to see the runner in person maybe we could hit a trail. I just bought a stock runner in Feb and I've been on here trying to decide what I...

OEM TRD Parts 40 Percent Off Sale One Day Only

I got a call from Hatch Toyota in Arizona saying if I want my wheels I need to pay an additional $150 heavy freight fee! I cancelled but it pisses me off. I think they had a glitch and now they are screwing people.
