They should fit a 4th gen, you would probably get about an extra half an inch of lift compared to a 5th gen if you have no extra weight in the back of your rig.

I also have one, you can have it for the cost of shipping. Not sure how much that would be though.

Get bilstein 5100s for all 4 corners and daystar 1.5" spacers in the rear. Set the bilstien spacers at the 2nd highest setting to net about 1.75" inches of lift. If you do it yourself all together should only be about $500 with an alignment.
