Thank you for the suggestion, however I'm interested in a response from someone that has actually installed this hitch, and can indicate if it does or does not prevent the removal of the skid plate when an oil filter change is required.
I have a 2024 TRD Off Road Premium with KDSS.
Has anyone installed a Draw-Tite 65074 front hitch on a KDSS 4R?
Does the hitch interfere with removing the skid plate to access the oil filter?
Many thanks for any actual facts.
Bill
EDIT: ... and the answer is: It does NOT...

Kliv's VSC OFF mod/kit - new. I bought it for my 2005 Limited, but never installed it, and upgraded to a 2024 TRD ORP.
The package has Kliv's board and wiring, a LED, and a momentary push button.

Save yourself a bunch of aggravation and just pump some grease into the fitting. Above all, avoid the stealer that thinks a code reader will identify the problem.
If you're mechanically handy, crawl under the side of the 4R and pump enough grease into the drive shaft slip joint until a quarter-inch of shaft appears. You'll see what I mean after 5 or 6 pumps.
Otherwise ask the stealer to do it.
New sway bar bushings fixed my problem. Later the noise came back, but a shot or two of synthetic grease (I installed aftermarket brackets with grease fittings and neoprene bushings) killed the noise again. Quiet ever since.
Replace the coils or wiring when they fail. I haven't heard of any failures. A drop of synthetic oil on the threads and some dielectric grease near the bottom of the plug boot to keep out moisture is all I've ever done.
If the engine is not consuming oil between changes, keep doing what you've been doing. Check the air filter, and pull a spark plug and check it. That may be the cause of the hard starting. I suggest Iridiums if you change plugs.
