The vehicle has electrical issues and a high voltage went through the entire blinker fuse when I had right turn signal on I fixed the short it was a wire shorting to the frame of the chassis of the vehicle.
It is the wire shown in the picture I attached

Good job on getting a new 4Runner I have had my 1997 4Runner for several years now never failed me
I do lot of maintainance and care for it still starts and runs nicely after 300k miles on a 3RZ-FE engine which this model is hard to get information sadly
