Paid 25k, for my 4x4 Limited V8(31K miles) two years ago. Was from a Dealership as well. Might be a little on the high side.

I would go with the X-D kit and be done with it, I've had mine for a little over 2 years. One of the relays went bad a year or so ago and he sent me another pair asap, good CS alone is worth the higher price tag.
