Does it come with the mounting hardware?

I am looking for the TRD boost gauge and hopefully tan pillar mount for my Gen 3 4Runner!

I have a set of Gen 3 5 spoke wheels with new Goodyear Trailmark tires to trade. The tires are 265 70 16. Im looking for a full length roof rack for my gen 3 4runner or possibly a supercharger that needs to be rebuilt. Open to offers, locayed in Surprise AZ.
