So clarification, I was almost 1250 under invoice in CO, however, it is possible a small part of that was overallowing in the trade, they were about $500 from bluebook price for the trade. Still the net effect was that I got a below dealer invoice price and cut into their holdback.

Pretty fair price. I'm in Colorado though, searching for a set of these. If shipping was less than 100 I'd be breaking even with ebay/online shops. Otherwise I'd be losing unfortunately.
