as for stereos, most work as you can pretty easily install a single din or double with the right harnesses and such. I put a $60 double in mine with relative ease in about an hour. i imagine most other stereos would be similar
I have a '96 from up north with some similar frame problems. Cool to see us broke teens try to get our rigs somewhat functional lol. Hopefully you can go the DIY route and keep the truck.
