i went to the dealership and they said it was diff. supports? dont understand where they get the name but ok. they wanted $120 for one side and $110 for the other side. i took the part number that they gave me and googled it no luck. Looked at a couple different websites and still no luck...

I need to replace two front bushings on a 90 4 runner v6 4x4, the problem is i dont know what to call them to look them up on the net. they are the two big bushings that hold the axle assembly to the frame. i have searched for axle assembly bushings but no luck. any suggestions

If you notice when you hear that sound is during start up or under acceleration. Hum sounds like water moving through something to me maybe a heater core !!!!!!!!

This sounds like a problem that i had after an engine swap and to find out it was because the mass air flow was disconnected. The fuel pump kicks on to pressure the system when you start the vechile the computer tells it no air so it does not send any fuel. hope this helps

i put a lift master lift kit on it. i paid $250 used for it. i found out that the drop brackets for the front axles were put on the wrong way and also the bushings for the axle mounts are wore out. any ideas if i can get the front bushings aftermarket or do i have to go to the dealership

A connecter that is under there is the knock sensor its under the intake by the injectors

you probally have a switch problem. you can take the switches apart and clean the contact or just replace the switches

Ran in to the same problem replaced the fan and that took care of the problem. Also i have the powersterring leak problem my is coming from the the line going into the pump see if your pump is covered in fluid

Thanks for the post i am the third owner of the t4r and i talked to the guy who i bought it off of and he said that he did not have one installed and the person he bought it off of (the original owner) was a little old lady. so guess she liked to wheel

after a day of wheelin i noticed that the front axles were locked it when i was spinning the tires through the mud i was wondering if the sr5 models came with a locker stock in the front or if the previous owner installed one

I have a 90 t4r with the v6 and i just replaced my clutch fan the bolts are a 12 mm. To stop the pulley from moviing i wedged a pry bar on the other bolt. I was able to get all of the bolts off. The problem that i was having and still having after replacing the fan is i can feel it dis engauge...
