Nope. My neighbor has a 16 Premium and we were able to cut a key on my machine and then use my Autel MK808 to program it to work. Should work as long as you don't have a smart key setup (Never tried it on a smart key version)

Go to a local parts store and rent a radiator pressure tester and run a pressure test on the radiator. Pump it to about 15psi and see if you have any loss of pressure. If it can maintain pressure for 5-10 minutes I'd say you're good.

I did the same thing about 2 months ago.. I would also add the fan clutch since you'll have the water pump out. I didn't do it initially on mine and ended up having to do it today. Also I'd do the radiator, hoses, and it wouldn't hurt to do the transmission cooler hard line under the radiator too.
