I got my parts from High Speed Labs as well. Ended up letting them rebuild it because I could not get the blind bearing out of the back. They did a great job.

There are two different castings used on the Gen 2 SC. One you can push the needle bearings out the back and the other you have to pull one of the out with a blind bearing puller as the back is not open. I could not get mine out and ended up having it cut out with a die grinder. Was more...

I put the Transgo kit on my 98 and it really firmed up the shifts. I used the "truck" setting. The 1-2 shift on my trans was getting kinda mushy after 165k miles with the supercharger. Much improved after the kit was installed.

I have a similar AEM gauge on mine and it was easy. There wasn't any calibration for me. I just hooked it up and it worked fine.

Yeah, mine is black and it is a 98, however it is a very early 98 that was purchased in 97 by the original owner. Maybe it was a leftover ?

I have been adjusting the o2 table mainly. Sometimes it works and then it won't. Can't figure out why it is so inconsistent. It will initially go rich but then as the rpms climb it starts pulling fuel and goes lean. How much are you backing out in the o2 table? I am at no more than -.2...
