Yea I know that option was not there when I first did the online build last year when the 2021 models started to come out. But I saw it earlier this year as an option. Parts guy even looked it up and showed on his computer that it was something he couldn't order.

So I talked to the parts guy at my local Toyota dealership. He confirmed that it was an option on the 2021 to upgrade the interior lights to LED. But it was something that had to be done during production and not at port.

If I remember correctly, on Toyota's website to build a 4runner, wasn't there an option to pick upgraded LED interior lights?

hahaha! I have a 2021 TRD ORP also and I'm wondering if anyone who is experiencing the limp mode issue are from this years models only. I just got the rest of the C4 low pro bumper in and it's currently getting powder coated. I'm gonna go down to the local shop to order a Baja lightbar to go...

after reading all of this, I'm afraid just to install a lightbar.

Dang! I'm still waiting on mines and I ordered them back in July.
