So I can speak to this suspension having driven about 1000 miles on and off road. I feel less body roll and feels very sturdy on the wheel on road.
Off road, provided plenty of clearance and was not an issue for me at all. I took it to cape lookout on the beach and Uwharrie National Forest...
Pics of my 2019 4R TRD Off road after my Ironman 4x4 foam cell pro suspension install. Method wheels and general grabber tires and expedition one dual swing arm rear bumper on the way, updated pics to follow.
So this is the first time I ever bought new wheels. I recently order a set of 701 Method Race Wheels and when I took them in to get mounted I got a call saying the factory lug nuts would not fit these new wheels. They could not source lugs faster than I could so I ended up ordering a full set of...

So just finished the install of the stage 3 foam cell kit on my 2019 TRD Off Road. Initial impressions are that I am very pleased and boy did this kit stand my 4runner up.
The measurements are below but essentially I got a ~3.5” lift in the front and a ~2.25” lift in the rear. This will settle...
Just bought 5 X3s in 285/70R17. Can’t wait to slap them on my Method 701s (17x8.5) with my Ironman 4x4 foam cell pro suspension. Sure they are a heavier tire but after the research I did I came to really like what I saw/read about them. Nothing a little regearing won’t fix.
After doing more research and forum reading, I might actually hold off on the diff drop kit. Looks like the CVs might be in a good position without the drop kit.
Just ordered my EO dual swing arm bumper. Can’t wait to get in on. Does anyone know of a good guide for measuring and cutting the rear bumper? I can’t find much other than to “follow the contours of the bumper”.
