The one I ordered did not come with the outer tie rods. $400 out the door with tie rods is good if you are needing to replace them as well. I meant to mention that if you are replacing the rack go with the polyurethane bushings as well. You can get those for $20 delivered from ES.

Hello to all, I am the new guy and I think yall have a great website with tons of useful information. I just purchased this 97 SR5 and I have a question I am hoping someone can answer. Are the gold center caps on the rims typical? I don't recall seeing before on other 4 runners. Thanks.
