I figured out the issue... I had the bulb plugged into the socket backward. When I first installed it, the bulb felt like it was plugged in snug, and I figured it could only plug in one way. When I continued to have issues, I looked at the burned out bulb and realized I had it plugged in...

Replaced bulb, still having issues?? I have a '03 and I just replaced the left front turn signal. Took less than 5 minutes. But I'm still having the same issues. Inside on the instrument panel I get the "fast blink" and nothing has changed on my front left turn signal, even with the new bulb...
