2002 here. the auto adjuster is different than shown in tim's vid.
i also found the parking brake did not auto adjust the star wheel and i had to do it manually. warning : the manual adjuster works the opposite of what appears in tim's video.

that first pic of the cluster is exactly what it looks like with the 10 amp "GAUGE" fuse is blown/missing. Fuse panel by your left knee. middle row second one down.
i can also confirm the AC does not function when i pull this fuse. it may kill the entire climate control system, i'm not sure...
