Price for a wrecked 3rd Gen?

WHY? If I had my choice of a NIB 3rd Gen or a NIB 5th Gen, i'd pay extra for the 3rd gen. But thats me. You'll be lucky getting 600-500.00 as is, parting it will garner greater returns. Good luck!

    Coolant in 3rd Gen 4Runner

I use straight green, no problems yet. I do not "buy*" the special 'red' BS. There is a saying in automotive business, "Always be selling".

Advice Before Purchase of 02 SR5

I partially agree, 4k, 4250 or walk, still to many miles for that premium. This is a price point only sale, be smart. Good luck!

    Frontier719's Build Thread

I like the mid-console custom cover, and the rust inhibitor treatment with the bed lining coating. Good luck with the seating, that is important, its where you sit! You might want to consider some memory foam padding in your seat refinishing, that gets a lot of use, the denser the foam...

    Vibration from Hell

nissanh's suggestion above is seconded' and endorsed, he and i agree. I'd also suggest perhaps the DEALER mentioned is testing your ability to be royally hosed. Consider, you state "you touch the brakes" and your silken ride is compromised horrifically, this more than suggests warped rotors...

    Start of my build ! 99 4Runner limited .

I'd suggest saving your receipts for its eventual sale or replacement cost. Looks built already with that Front End! Good luck!

    My half-@$$ed rust repair

"Cool on you" for even trying! I'd doubt that rust will bother you again for 5 to 8yrs depending on your vehicles storage spot. I've done similar type fixes learning what i'm sure you did to, its all about the spot's final preparation and paints application.

    My half-@$$ed rust repair

Looks great to me! I'm curious how'd you blend it on the rear quarter ? Or did you paint the whole quarter?

Parting 1998 4Runner Limited Marysville, WA

They are Limited's supports that support the Front and Rear of the painted type flat running boards I believe, with the body colored molded ends. They are the metal attachments under the running boards of the vehicle that attach it to the frame, just to differentiate the two types/ (shrug) ETA...

Hi, Any Passenger side Running board supports, I'm not sure if they're all the same that side. Looking it up online suggests not, I need the FRONT and REAR supports for a 02  They've collapsed w/rust.
