I just went through the hassle of selling my lowish mileage 4runner also. Took me 2 months and finally decided to take supercharger off and sold within 2 weeks of having a more affordable cash price.
I think these are worth 10k with the superchargers but it's just difficult to find the right...
I'd say this is a fair price if the miles are accurate with clean title and no major rust. since when does someone that's not even in the market put a value on something that's rare and in good condition..?

in my opinion keep it simple. it sounds like you may be in over your head asking us for what we think you should do. with some common sense and a small amount of mechanic ability you can have it running for less then 100 bucks.

first mod was 3" lift, new rims and big tires. made a huge difference in the look now I need to get it running right and sort my transfer case problems, a little backwards I know hahahaha
