Got mine swapped out. As expected the center part of the switch was corroded to the transmission shaft. Easy removal was to remove the nut and break off the aluminum that the nut threaded onto. Punch and hammer did the job. Good dose of penetrating fluid. Clean rust from shaft. Wriggle the...

Did you get the new switch installed? There’s a oval hole for the lick down bolt. Do you have to adjust or calibrate the positioning of the switch? Thx

The mounting bolt hole looks oval. Once mounted do you have to adjust the switch by rotating it slightly or does it only ho in one way?

Good tip for the slide hammer. I’m surprised there was room to fit that in. Need to do mine this week. Part is on order. Soaking it with PB Blaster for a couple of days. Hopefully mine will come off without a big fight.

Exact same thing happened to me. Mice ate through two of my injector wires. Managed to have new injector clips splices in.

Just bought a set for my ‘15 limited too. Read your post about accessibility for the one bolt. Which side was that? Dealer said he though bumper cover may need to be removed. Can you please lmk any details of the install that may help me decide whether to install or return them. Thanks!
