    Fuel door hinge pin

Well, I got some stainless-steel rod from work and finagled it in without drilling the rivets out. Fuel door hinge pin

I looked at YT and saw some videos and got a pretty good idea of what to do. As a aircraft mechanic I have access to a lot of materials so I will use some stainless steel pin/rod and fix it.

    Fuel door hinge pin

Has anyone experienced a broken fuel door hinge pin being broken. And if so how did you fix it? I have my own ideas but just want some input. Per Toyota you need to take the door off, but that still wont really help.

    Power Steering feeling Stiff

Lube your steering shaft yoke and u-joints just use some WD-40 there are 2 u-joints and that should do it. I have done it several times on my 03 and on my 05.

It takes at the most 10 minuets to disable and the go get a tire pressure gage and check once a month or so or just go to any tire shop and they do it for free.

Do they even have internet in south Africa?

I just got back from Johannesburg for training and saw the Fortuner there with the 5 speed diesel and I want one so bad here in America. By the way Johannesburg is very great place and I do plan on going back but want to go to Cape town this time.
