I had mine checked out today and it was a bad light sensor. They replaced it. I took it to the dealer because it is still under warrenty.

I have an 06 SR5 and am having the same problems, they started last week but go off sometimes. I was reading that alot of people are having this problem on the site also in the problems and warrenty forum, check it out. It sounds like it could be a couple different things. I will find out...
