mine does the same. i attribute it to being on a level surface and the truck having the hill start assist. so if it didnt have the pull/idle speed, wouldnt you roll backwards easier on a hill. that wouldnt be too good.

Just curious, what temperature do you have it set at? Also, do you have it on AUTO by chance? If it is on auto, try it without Auto on, and try it at different times of the day. ie. morning, afternoon and evening. Outside temp will affect it a bit.

mine was the standard cubby hole thing with the outlet 115v. the lid broke and they had to replace the whole console. infact they did it twice because they dinged up the new one putting it in. maybe since the time mine broke, middle of last year, they have changed/re-designed it. btw...yes...

If you are talking about the one next to the gear shift that opens up and down. I had the same problem. There is a sping thing or something. Anyway, I told the dealer and they had to replace the whole console as it is one piece.
