A Sport hood will fit just fine on a Limited as long as its from the same year range 03-05 or 06-09. I have a Sport hood on my 06 Limited.

It's not too bad of a gap, maybe 1/16", a new rubber seal would fill it, I just didn't look into figuring out the part number or ordering one yet.

Yes you will need to use the original hardware and metal bracket for the 06-09.

I have an '06 V8 and have been running the DT y-pipe for about 2 years and it has been great, but it rattles ever so slightly at idle on my Shrockworks skid plate where it parallels the cross member. I went ahead and bought a URD y-pipe since the design is different and should solve the rattle...
