So i bought new fobs off ebay. Have one old OEM fob and one new one programmed. OEM works fine. Ebay fob worked when i first programmed it. Lock, unlock, tailgate window, panic. But at some point the tailgate window button stopped working for the window, now when i press it the horns...

i did the full down-full up-hold button for 3 seconds routine. now it works from the rear with the key, wiper working as well. seems it was just the battery change, not a fuse/relay blowout. still havent gotten new batteries for my key fob but im assuming that should be working now too...
