Resurface front Rotors
I took the car to another shop today and they said all that was needed was to resurface the front rotors. I still had 6 mm on my front bake pads.

Yes, after I posted, I found more resources on this forum at the bottom of my post page. Learning curve. I took my 4R back from service and found an independent shop nearby. Still researching this.
Seems that everyone I found in this forum who had replaced all three...
