Replace lower control arm bushings, HELP!!!

I have been dealing with a similar vibration that comes and goes. Mainly in the steering wheel. Thinking high mileage on the bushes causes the issue. Seems worse on warmer days.

No big just try bumping heat up a bit. On all my frame 'overhead' welds look like shit. Try stitch welding it. Basically turn the heat up hit one spot about the size of a dime. For a few seconds, witha small circle pattern. Then let off the trigger move over less than half an inch then repeat.

It was a ***** to weld those rear shackle mounts on my frame. But I agree with Hyde need to get them burned in a bit deeper. What welder and wire you running?

    Anybody run 235/75 R15 tires?

It will look silly. My 94 3.0 had 31 10.50s on it stock height no lift. Probably was not very fast but looked good.

Also got my rear driveline today from davez offroad, also got the triple drilled t case flange. Next to my very wobbly, very beefy current rear. Now I have very smooth hi speeds just a little vibe at slow down or decel. Need to point the pinion up a bit.

Started getting a bit breezy this winter, decided I didn't want to weld the sheet metal. So I started building some 'storage'. My buddy was making fun of me and asked when I was getting a ladder and roof rack. Lol Haven't figured out the filler neck yet. Thinking of a hinged door??? The...

Started driving on the road a little noticed some very bad wandering with the offset wheels. Found a set of fj cruiser wheels and worn tires for a decent price. These improved the wandering to almost factory worn out steering. I sent a cv drive shaft to davez offroad for a custom rear unit...
