The right side lock rod fell out on mine as well, installed loctite. I contacted the company and they said that they would start applying loctite to the rods and fasteners. Also, check the central bolt that holds the lock arm in place, mine was very loose. Sent from my SM-T813 using Tapatalk

Sorry, I do not. I would suspect the box portion would be fine, but a quick call to the company would probably be best. I would not want to put alot of weight on the wings though. They are simply held on with machine screws. Sent from my SM-T813 using Tapatalk

Yes, directly on the carpet. Its a really straightforward install. The turnbuckles help it self locate to the correct location. A 2nd person to help lift the box into the back is recommended. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

Spicer, as well as most ujoint manufacturers, recommend greasing the ujoint until NEW grease starts to purge out of all 4 caps. While this creates alot of cleanup, having to wipe all the old grease off, it guarantees the ujoint is filled with new grease. Sent from my SM-T813 using Tapatalk
