Best rattle can to match Cement gray..rustolium...krylon?

I used Rust-Oleum hammered black (textured) on my FJ sliders and it worked great, easy to touch up. I cleaned with acetone and made sure it had a good primer coat then rattled away. I know they also make a gray.

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Picked up and installed my White Knuckle Off Road sliders today. Met lead time and John was a really nice guy. He took the time to explain a few things that made the install a breeze (about an hour). Best part was his shop is about 5mi from my house. This was my first time with a U bolt...

Considering a trade today. Kids are growing and need 3 rows.

Ah I didn't see it! Still can get brand a new 4Runner for less.

    LawnDart's Build Thread

This 100%. The experience is probably amazing and the 4Runner build is awesome but not built solely for Baja speeds which is the way to go. I applaud the balls though!

    Looking to Lift In DFW

Not entirely true... I have 3" lift and uca's, run 285's (KO2's) with absolutely no modification to the front fender and very minor rub on the mudflap in reverse and certain off-road situations (literally a 1" spot). I wouldn't run 285's on stock suspension even if you did the fender mod and...

Post your 5th Gen Super White T4r photo

I did see that one, it's not bad looking at all. I'm holding out for a while and hoping someone comes up with an aluminum version with filler plate/plates. Demello seems to be toying with the idea.

    Mail Call at the Ragos

I just mounted my Blue Sea fuse panel on my fuse box. It's too late for me but a fuse panel mount with a relay holder and spot for a breaker would have been awesome!

I went with the SS off-road slimline front w/ 30" bar and will also go with them for the rear. I haven't seen many good options for a full front bumper yet except the Hefty. The lack of fill plates and complete bumper (to the lights) is unfortunate. I came from the FJ world, much better options...

Trying to avoid buying UCA's with lift

Quality lift, you don't even have to go all out (Toytec, Ome, Fox, Icon, King, etc.), UCA's, and good AT tires (BFG KO2) is the only way to go. If your going to do it, do it right and be done. I skimped on the UCA's originally when doing my FJ and all it caused was problems. Toytec makes a...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Getting prepared for my SS bumper and led pods. Also grabbed the Rago relay holder. Saw a few other ways to do this on the Tacoma forums but this was the simplest and it's cost effective. The ring connectors are capped with solder just to be sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Black Rhino wheels

They don't produce a size in that style that's easily compatiable with the 4Runner (9.5 & 12). I have the Warlord, quality company and wheels. I called and they were very helpful about advising what styles they produce that would be compatiable. The wheel and tire sticky on the forum is spot on...
