2006 4Runner V8 has codes P0011, P0016, P0018 and P0021. 250 000km, timing belt (w/ tensioner and pump) done at 150k km. Idle is very low and rough Poor performance. I'm thinking skipped timing belt tooth, any other ideas/theory/experience?
