The dealer saw the rebuilt title when he typed in the vin. The other dealer local to me said they'd never heard of this. I gave him the notice number and he said it's fake. I'm going to call Toyota to check with them. Thanks for the reply.

My 2004 has a rebuilt title. I went to the local dealership and they said my dash definitely qualified for the replacement. When he entered my info into the computer though he said they wouldn't cover the dash due to the rebuilt title. He wouldn't clarify if this was a Toyota policy or just that...
