Swapped out the SR5 running boards for the tube style from the sport edition, and now need to get rid of the old SR5 ones before I move. Need to get rid of these in the next week! Don't want to ship these.- btchristoph

4th Gen Running Boards
My 4th gen definitely looks less "tame" without running boards, but I swapped the stock SR5 boards for the tube sport edition ones, which has been a good compromise.- btchristoph

Anyone have a camping/sleeping setup inside of the 4Runner?
As others have noted, I try and keep it simple and just lay out a sleep pad in the back with the seats down and sleeping pads, cargo goes to the front seat. Would love to get built in storage and sleeping one day.- btchristoph

What kind of bike rack?
I'm part of the "other" crowd which uses the straps/hooks over the rear hatch (really intended to go on the trunks of sedans), but it's a great compromise on being able to open the rear hatch without sacrificing MPG.- btchristoph

That's a good deal, I paid slightly more here in NC for a 04 V8 with 135k miles or so and same situation with timing belt. Great vehicle!- btchristoph
