They have fixed it. That said you have to push the start button before you shift out of park. If you shift before the engine will turn off.

I think a fair trade-in for it would be 42k. Only 4 have sold at auction and the cheapest one did 44,200. That said be careful about negotiating the trade-in the dealer can give you more but they will likely try to make it up somewhere else.

I ran the autocheck on it. Looks like there has been 2 owners and it has not been in an accident. If you are worried about it being an accident an easy thing to do is make sure the VIN numbers are on all the panels (they will be on a small white sticker on each panel).

I like the factory hu as well. So to talk on my phone I just use the tape adapter and plug it into my phone and put the phone on my lap. Its kind of ghetto but it works well.

Okay so just to provide some more info - I called the dealer to find out it came from the factory with a 4.10 gear ratio. Also I am just running the standard 16" split 3 spoke wheels with the factory suggested tire size. And the 2600 RPMs are while I'm in 5th gear. The 4R runs fine to me just...

Good to know - I'm not sure if I need to clean the TB or maybe a tune up (I'll take any suggestions). I'm not sure what the previous owner has done to this 4runner bc I bought it from a dealer as/is.
