My girlfriend has a 05 4Runner and her cig lighter hasn't worked in months. Not sure whats wrong with it. Unfortunately it's not the fuse, so I am looking to just try and replace it for her. How much are you asking?

I have noticed that my 4Runner (also my girlfriends) makes a clicking noise a few seconds after I start driving everytime. It will only make the noise the first time I drive forward after I have cranked the car. The best way I can describe it is it almost sounds like some sort of plasticky type...
