Hey all, anyone know what 4 wires!?!? I swapped my 2000 and decided to swap motor harness to the trans....my 4runner won't start because I can't "clutch cancel." I'm not having luck finding which wires to run and where!!

So would you say it is best to just run the auto wiring? I have done everything you did, but don't have an immobilizer (I think, neither were limited). My driver is a 2000 auto, my donor is a 99 5 speed. I swapped the engine harness and computer like you did, but don't even get a starter click...
