Does anyone know what the Part # is for the painted bumpers? Or where I can look the Part # up?

It'd be great if he did... ... but I think even getting him down to $7.5k is going to be tough. Maybe if he puts it up for sale in a few more places and it sits for a while... but not right now, I think.

Is $5500 a good price for a 130k-mile '99 SR5 4wd with good maintenance history? Or is it a shady suspicious "too good to be true" price??

Are there any factory wheels out there that have the same backspacing or offset as the 3rd Gen 4Runners? I really like the Tundra's 17" split-spoke wheels, but I was told that they have a different offset to the 4Runners... ?
