They're 25" extended, 15.75" compressed.

I'll measure them when I get home from work. I believe the compression is 9.25 inches, which is much more than you'd get from a monotube.

I have a weight-distributing tow hitch assembly taken off a 2008 V8 Limited 4Runner in excellent condition - I only removed it so I could put on my 4x4Labs bumper. This should fit any 4th gen 4Runner, and possibly any Lexus GX470 (buyer should confirm this). Pics
