Has anyone tuned the URD 7th injector that is currently in the Phoenix metro area? This stuff is completely foreign to me and I'm experiencing engine ping around 2600rpm under load. Thanks in advance. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Thanks for the message Pavel. It ended up being the transfer case motor. Once it was returned, the shop ended up extending the front diff breather to prevent overflow of diff oil again. If I run into any more issues I'll keep you all posted. Thanks all your your help!

So the culprit was the actuator motor in the transfer case. Shop is repairing this week but it looks like the all the rest of the issues should be solved with the replacement of that motor. Fingers crossed.

Yeah I took it in today, wasn't driving well at all, but fortunately didn't have to go far. I'll let you know the outcome!

I hope not Technoplasm, but the VSC light is on so that means everything is connected, so that might be contributing to the issue. BAH!

No I've tried it to no avail. I'm going to take it back to the shop that put in the actuator and see what the real problem was. How they respond will dictate my next move. Thanks for responding.

So I did a quick run to Pleasant today and encountered a couple small ledges that the Runner was able to make quick work of but, now the 4 wheel won't disengage AND the steering is grinding when fully turned either direction, and the tires lock up when trying to make a smaller radius turn...

They installed the Yukon's on mine. I wouldn't have thought that would have been a concern. Yukon is supposed to be pretty comparable to Nitro's, no?

I got it cleaned up and weathered the 120F garage to take the skid off and find the leak. Photos and a quick video are in the Dropbox. Something doesn't look right and am eager to see what those of you that have done this job think about the gap where it is leaking...

Gadget, I have a feeling you are right. That's the hardest part, as now I know I have to take it somewhere else as I've lost confidence in them for sure. They did let me know after the second leak that this was something they hadn't run into before, so looking back I should have cut my loses...

I agree with Absalom. I had the OME setup originally from Toytec and found the Sonoran Steel rear end to be far superior for the overlanding and trail running we do with ours. Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
