Thanks! Front is 23" hub to center, rear 24" hub to center. The third pic makes it look like it has a slight rear rake, but it's actually very slight towards the front. I'm super happy with it .:boink:

I hear BFGoodrich KO2s are great in the snow, and apparently they do pretty well offroad as well.

It's not bad. Check out Youtube, there are a few videos on it. In my buddies Tacoma, we had to use pliers to bend the inner fender out of the way so that we could slide the bolt out, but other than that it wasn't difficult. In my 4runner no bending was necessary and the bolt slid right out...

At 2" suspension lift you will probably be ok without UCAs, but I would highly recommend saving your pennies and getting a set. I just lifted my 5th gen and it drives SOOOOOO much better than my 4th gen did because I didn't change the UCAs on the 4th gen. If I may offer a different suggestion...
