Some brands run bigger than what's listed. Toyo and Nitto are notorious for it. Not sure on the Hankooks though. I do really like their MT's though.

I second what everyone says about the LC80

Ive got coilovers with 650lb coils in the front, and they are spot on without a bumper, and I don't see the DO bumper throwing it too far off. I would stick with something in that range for a good ride. In the rear, if you don't carry too much (or any extra weight) I would suggest the SAW...

I agree... I drove lifted with my stock UCA's for almost a year before changing over to TC arms. I thought it was ok on the stock arms, but it was a brand new truck with the TC arms. At highway speeds it's so much better

Have you looked at the Truetrac? Not a true locker, but it's supposed to be very effective working with ATRAC, and smooth on the street. You could also check out the Grizzly locker as well. Very similar to the Detroit, but supposed to be smoother. T120 is a great place to get more info on...
