    Will 295's Fit?

Some brands run bigger than what's listed. Toyo and Nitto are notorious for it. Not sure on the Hankooks though. I do really like their MT's though.

    Will 295's Fit?

I run Nitto Trail Grapplers in 295/70/17 on stock rims and Spidertrax spacers and it does work. The Nitto’s, like the Toyo’s will run big though, and actually measure about 33.75 tall, so if you’re not running a BL, you’ll have some work to do in order to keep it from rubbing hard. Be prepared...

4th Gen Cargo Shelf, Cover, and Mat

As long as you don't have the 3rd row seats, you should be able to make it work. If your 4Runner didn't come equiped with the double decker set-up from the factory (I'm assuming it didn't), you'll need some aditional items. There's a strip that mounts to the floor right behind the rear seat...

    Suspension Suggestion

Ive got coilovers with 650lb coils in the front, and they are spot on without a bumper, and I don't see the DO bumper throwing it too far off. I would stick with something in that range for a good ride. In the rear, if you don't carry too much (or any extra weight) I would suggest the SAW...

    Automatic rear locker?

Wonder if this would be better or worse in the 4R with full time 4WD. I'm thinking the front might help pull around the corners instead of just the rear pushing too much.

    IFS flex

I agree... I drove lifted with my stock UCA's for almost a year before changing over to TC arms. I thought it was ok on the stock arms, but it was a brand new truck with the TC arms. At highway speeds it's so much better

    Automatic rear locker?

Have you looked at the Truetrac? Not a true locker, but it's supposed to be very effective working with ATRAC, and smooth on the street. You could also check out the Grizzly locker as well. Very similar to the Detroit, but supposed to be smoother. T120 is a great place to get more info on...
