I have been looking up and down the internet and I cant seem to find any mud/all terrian tires that are 37's with a 15 inch rim. IF I can even find a tire that comes in 37, the smallest wheel they come in is a 17. All I want is to find a mud/ all terrian tire that is 37x12.5x15 Where do I look?

If you take the vin of a 4runner with the 3.0 to any toyota dealership and they can run it to see if the head gaskets have been done. If they have not, the dealership has to do it under warrrenty set forth by a campaign (aka recall) set by Toyota. If you vehicle applies, its no charge to you

The heads are the same, they are interchangeable. Thats why they have cam plugs on the end closest to the firewall.
