Just posting to say i received and installed my rack last week. I checked all the parts carefully and couldn't find any issues or problems. I was alone so it took around 3 hours but I was taking my time and being extra careful.

10-16 4Runner Rock Sliders
RCI makes great products and they are located in Ft. Collins. I picked up my sliders from them there. They come out but also angle up so hug pretty closely to the dimensions of the vehicle.
Tire rotation
I'm now due for the 5k service, owing a lot to my trip to Colorado and Nebraska to see the eclipse. I replaced the wheel Lugs with black ones...will this be an issue for Toyota when rotating them? Warranty issue?
