Definitely could be playing a part in your idle issue. Would be worth inspecting the throttle body closer and maybe a good clean. I’d check throttle body electrical connections as well as the MAF?
Any codes? Could be something simple. I’ve had luck finding service manuals randomly online but buying a hard copy one is probably most worth in the long run.
