Actually what I should have done was include the fact that I did perform a search that led me to the link you provided. That led me here: http://www.toyotaparts4u.com/e_catalog/ where I did not find the handle.

Just got my 05 4Runner and my wife actually let me drive it this weekend. Anyway, I must have reached for the nonexistent driver's side grab handle 100 times. Somewhere here I read about adding this on.
Where can I find one?
