Iknow nobody wants to say it here. But I'm betting head gasket. before you do much else run that chemical test on both your exhaust and on the coolant. Thay will indicate for sure if you have a BHG issue, or a head issue. No sence in continueing to chase this, unless you can eliminate that...

Brake rotors warped would by my first thought. but it looks like you checked that. I would have it checked professionally, run em on a lathe to verify they are OK. Out of round rim ? that does not make sense, I assume you have had the tires balanced and rotated? I'm just thinking outloud...

I'm betting head gasket! They are losing coolant, just not seeing any signs of a leak,That leads me to suspect the worst! I hope it's not, but these things do have a well established history! and even if it is waterpump , the process of overheating often pops the head gasket. Good luck!

Hello guys, So to make a long story short, my driveshaft disapeared off a freeway overpass, never to be seen again, at least by me! I have a 95 4wd with the 22R motor, and 5 speed. I tried 7 different local parts yards - so far nothin!~ Do I have to go new? (that would be about 200 bucks...

yup - works great as a rock crawler / Bogger setup - but i have to drive 500 - 800 miles then go out on the goat trails. this is a work vehicle for me - so I have to make it as servicable as possible across a broad spectrum. when the going gets tough - i start walking - can't take a chance...
