I just replaced the glovebox latch on my 2003 4-runner. !st remove the 2 screws holding the latch in from the back. Wiggle the latch and it will come out. Pry open the small tabs on the old latch that hold in the key cylinder and the cylinder will slide out. Slide it into the new latch assembly...
